Delete Your Data — Shadow Book

Shadow Book (Shadow Hog DataBook) lets you delete your personal data. You can remove specific data and keep your account, or delete your entire account and all associated data.

Use this option to permanently delete your account and all data linked to it.

1. Open the Shadow Book app on your Android or iOS device
2. Go to Profile
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Enter your password and confirm

What is deleted:

• Your account and login credentials
• Profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
• Shooting sessions and session photos
• Rifles and armory records
• Maintenance records
• Dope records
• Deployment records
• Uploaded photos and files
• Other app content stored for your account

What may be kept for a limited time:

• Billing and subscription transaction records where required by law or by Google Play or Apple payment processor rules

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

You do not need to delete your account to remove individual items. In the Shadow Book app, you can permanently delete:

Shooting sessions — Open the session, then delete it.

Rifles and armory items — Open the item, then delete it.

Maintenance records — Open the record, then delete it.

Dope records — Open the record, then delete it.

Deployment records — Open the record, then delete it.

Photos and files — Open the edit screen and remove individual images.

What stays after partial deletion:

• Your account and profile information
• Any data you did not delete in the app

If you cannot access the app, you may request data deletion by email.

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Whether you want specific data deleted or your full account deleted
• Your platform (Android or iOS)

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.

If you cancel your paid subscription, your app data may be automatically deleted 30 days after cancellation. If you want to keep a copy of your data, export it from the app before that date.
