Liability Waiver and Disclaimer

When using firearms in conjunction with Shadow Book, it is the responsibility of the user to maintain and adhere to Firearm Safety. All Firearms are considered loaded until a visual physical check has been conducted to confirm the firearm is clear.  At no time should the barrel of your firearm ever point at any other person, whether the firearm is loaded or unloaded.  Only point your firearm at your intended target. Always make sure of your intended targets foreground and background. Never touch the trigger until you are set, on target, ready to fire, and you have observed all the necessary firearm safety rules. 

Shadow Book cannot guarantee results. The user of Shadow Book acknowledges that any and all data gathered from Shadow Book is solely an estimation and it is the responsibility of the user to confirm such data by actually shooting at distances and under the actual shooting conditions specified. The accuracy of the data presented on this site depends on the accuracy of the user providing and accurately inputting data, your intended firearm specifications, the ammunition manufacturer’s reported ballistic coefficients, firearm and ammunition tolerances, precise environmental conditions, shooting conditions, and any manual input overrides. Even then, variable atmospheric conditions, gun tolerances, wind, human input, and other factors can affect performance in the field. It is the user’s responsibility to continually verify any and all data prior to shooting. 

The user of Shadow Book voluntarily and unconditionally releases from liability and waives the right to sue Shadow Hog Tactical and Consulting LLC as well as any of their respective owners, managers, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, loses, and or injuries that may be suffered or which may result from the use of Shadow Book regardless of whether such claims, damages, losses, and or injuries are the direct or indirect result of the actions or omissions of Shadow Hog Tactical, LLC. In providing this data, Shadow Hog Tactical and Consulting, LLC disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability with respect to any data provided on this application, the accuracy and suitability thereof, and of the results obtained. 

The terms and use of Shadow Book shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.  Any claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the use of Shadow Book will be brought solely in Clark County, Nevada and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
